After that, we look at designing a recruiting process that will meet the specific needs of each role we are being contracted to fill. Once in place we execute the process and source top talent (passive, active and not looking) to be considered by you, the client. Whether we are being asked to fill one or two positions or are being asked to fill 20+ positions, we have the capabilities to do so.
Our fees are based on volume and can range from a percentage of a candidate’s first year’s compensation all the way to a flat fee if being asked to fill multiple positions throughout any given year.

Screen applicants with a drug test, and have them automatically registered. Your applicant can visit one of 2,000 testing labs in our network across the US. Results are delivered instantly once completed by lab.
Our services include reference checking for any and all candidate finalists as requested by the client at no additional charge. We will ask for references from the candidate and we will reach out to those references either by phone and/or email. Once we have the requested information back from the reference, we will forward that onto you, the client, so that you can make an informed hiring decision.
