- Manage SKU performance and rationalization while ensuring product and packaging requirements remain aligned with brand and compliance standards.
- Drive brand presence and product velocity across company-owned retail locations through merchandising, promotions, and market-specific initiatives.
- Support growth through third-party wholesale accounts by partnering with sales on retail-level programming, promotions, education, and activation.
- Visit company-owned and wholesale accounts to evaluate merchandising, execution, competitive activity, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage brand campaigns across in-store, field, digital, CRM, and other marketing channels.
- Partner with internal creative teams and outside agencies or freelancers on brand assets, packaging, campaigns, and point-of-sale materials.
- Guide social media and content direction across the portfolio to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Work closely with sales, retail operations, creative, production, and compliance to ensure brand plans are executed effectively.
