Location: Pompano Beach - On-site with optional 2 days remote hybrid schedule

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Position type: Full time, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Our client is a top national Commercial Cleaning company who is experiencing 30+ years of sustained growth in almost every State across the country.  They are building out their best-in-class national Marketing Department and are looking for one of the top Marketing Analyst within the Greater Pompano Beach, FL area to join their team.  This role is ideal for an analytical thinker who can transform marketing data into insights, optimize campaign performance, and support smarter, faster decision-making across digital, brand, and demand generation initiatives.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Marketing Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to support our growing B2B marketing function. This role is designed for an analytical thinker who can transform marketing data into insights, optimize campaign performance, and support smarter, faster decision-making across digital, brand, and demand generation initiatives.

You will partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing team, and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, maintain dashboards, support attribution modeling, and provide actionable insights that help scale brand awareness, lead generation, and franchisee success. Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and optimize recurring dashboards to track channel performance, funnel behavior, campaign effectiveness, and key KPIs.
  • Analyze marketing performance across paid, organic, email, content, and franchisee enablement programs to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Partner with the CMO and VP of Marketing to support forecasting, pacing, and ROI analysis across core initiatives.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations grounded in data, not assumptions.
  • Assist in developing attribution models and enhancing data accuracy across the full marketing ecosystem.

Digital & Demand Generation Support

  • Monitor paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) to evaluate reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, and conversion quality.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to inform optimization strategies.
  • Partner with digital agencies/vendors by providing data inputs, reviewing performance, and validating recommendations.
  • Support landing page testing and website optimization initiatives through analytics insights and user behavior analysis (GA4)

Operational Excellence & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain data cleanliness and consistency across CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting systems.
  • Assist in UTM governance, campaign naming conventions, and tagging accuracy to ensure reliable attribution.
  • Help evaluate new tools, platforms, and dashboards that enhance the team’s analytics capabilities.

Insights for Content, Brand & Franchise Support

  • Provide data-backed insights on content performance across social, email, blog, and website.
  • Assess how messaging resonates with B2B prospects and franchise audiences, recommending improvements based on engagement patterns.
  • Support franchisee marketing programs through data summaries, localized trends, and reporting templates. 

About You

  • You are a curious, analytical marketer with a passion for turning data into clarity and opportunities.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or performance marketing—ideally in a B2B or multi-location environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution logic, lead scoring, and digital channel metrics.
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and turning complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a bias for accuracy, organization, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Naturally curious, highly accountable, and deeply invested in helping the team make smarter decisions.

 Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Solid Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, basic formulas).
  • Experience with SEO/SEM fundamentals and keyword research.
  • Comfort working with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello).
  • Bonus: Experience supporting franchise or distributed business models.
