 Industrial Mat Sales Representative 

Location: St. Louis, MO

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits

Our client is a leading Commercial Services company and is adding a Mat Rental Services Division to piggy-back on a large, already established clientele. 

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mat Sales Representative to join this growing team in the St. Louis market. This role is ideal for a HUNTER, driven, B2B outside sales professional with experience selling facility service solutions, industrial mats, uniforms, janitorial products, or related consumable services into commercial and industrial accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mentality, experience managing customer relationships in industrial environments, and a proven ability to generate new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities within industrial and commercial accounts
  • Sell industrial matting and facility service solutions to manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, and commercial facilities
  • Build long-term relationships with facility managers, operations leaders, plant managers, and procurement teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Conduct onsite visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Maintain and grow an active pipeline of business opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Experience in facility services, uniform sales, mat sales, janitorial/sanitation products, industrial consumables, or related service-based sales preferred
  • Background with companies such as Cintas, UniFirst, Aramark, Alsco, or similar highly preferred
  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or commercial facility environments
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based sales role
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
